“I have been asked to write a review for something I never received. After I purchased the item I was asked for more money for delivery despite it being advertised as free delivery. Just because I live in the highlands (which is UK mainland) I had to pay an extra £25 fee. This is very disappointing and why I cancelled the order. It puzzles me how some firms can genuinely offer free delivery but some do not.”

Hi Iain We do state on our basket page prior to checkout that delivery to certain postcodes may incur an additional carriage charge. Please note there maybe extra charges to the follow postcodes KW,IV, AB, PH, PS, DD, BT, HS, PA. Please also allow extra delivery time for these areas as there not next day guaranteed. Due to the size and weight of the item this was why the additional postage fee of £25.00 was asked for. This is only what we get charged from the courier themselves and we don`t make any money from it.

Hi Thank you for your review. Yes if you go onto the Milwaukee website and register the machine within 30 days of purchase you can extend the warranty from 1 year to 3 years. Many thanks Nikki
