“after purchasing two spanners on a credit card and requesting them to de delivered to a different address which is a service you offer I received an email the following day t say that a there was no history of purchases to the delivery address these could not be delivered but they would send them to the credit card address. this did not help me as we were going away for three days. an mail was sent back stating the reason for the change of address but they still would not send them. as a result I cancelled the order. if you could let me know how I get a history of deliveries to a different address when you will not sent to an address that has not receive an item first it would be appreciated”

“How did Alan Wadkins Tool Store make me happy? Well, they sold me a Milwaukee Drill Driver set at the lowest price I could find. But then the charger failed pretty soon afterwards( got replacement and bought a second one in case), and the Milwaukee drill chuck turned out to be utter junk (slipped and ruined many a drill or other type of bit) Enough was enough and I've replaced it with a much better Rohm one, but had to rethread Rohm 1/2" UNF to 9/16" UNF on my lathe. I had to slice up the original with a cutting disc because it was impossible to remove any other way. Anyway, it's in the bin where it belongs, and I'm drilling again. Milwaukee? Meh! If you want info on how I replaced chuck try barbeken@hotmail.com.”

“I looked on the web for this drill as it was recommended to me, but most sites sold the drill and batteries separately which was no good to me, Alan Wadkins was one of only a few that sold the complete kit and at a reasonable price thank you, will use again if required”
