“Sent wrong level can’t understand how it’s not that hard called them and some guy answering was not really that helpful spoke with a unprofessional attitude and did try to make hard With a return of my money I won’t use these again cheap item get rubbish service”

Hi Lee The reason the wrong level was wrong was they had been sent wrong from the supplier and booked in under this code. I was sat next to the gentleman in the office when you phoned up and he arranged the collection of the level from you and advised a refund would be issued upon it`s return to us. He wasn`t being difficult with regard to the error made by the company.
