“Excellent service from Alan Wadkins on my first purchase from the store. Bought a Milwaukee 12v Twin Pack as a Christmas present for my daughter and her partner. Best price I could find online, dispatched promptly and arrived on time next day securely packaged. Will look in the store again when I need tools for myself. Very pleased.”

“Ordered before 12am and was informed it would arrive next day. Had confirmation from FedEx that delivery would be by 6pm. Did not arrive until following morning. FedEx needs better communications with customers, Alan Wadkins were excellent”
