“I bought a Dremel Fortiflex pendant drill with the hope that it would be a good tool to use when finishing my small stone carvings (York stone and limestones). I'm really pleased with the product so far, it's tougher than hand held Dremels and the foot pedal gives lovely control. The delivery from Wadkins was an efficient 24 hrs, though I would have been happy with a Royal Mail version within a week. I ordered online after phoning Wadkins with a query about the product which they couldn't answer - so I decided to buy-to-view with the proviso that I could return it.”

“Was a painless transaction to start with. Ordered Monday got a email about delivery address had to be the billing address but that wasn’t any good with been at work & nobody it to accept my parcel so which was supposed to be delivered Wednesday I didn’t get it till Friday which wasn’t ideal as I needed it sooner rather than later will think again before using again.”

“The item I ordered, a set of 3 impact sockets, was a reasonable price of £12 and delivery was £5.95 to UK. However I received an email to say as it was being delivered to a “Highlands and Islands” address there would be an additional £8.90 postage. That took the postage to £14.85 which is totally unacceptable. I cancelled the order. I think you need to talk to your courier!!!”

“Over the years I've bought lots of things online so I feel confident to say I;m VERY SATISFIED with Alan Wadkins ToolStore. My first purchases were based on their low Makita prices. The goods were quickly delivered, well packed and great delivery information flowed from HQ. So when more Makita goods were required I sent to them again - great price, prompt delivery and excellent information about progress of delivery. Why can't ALL online shopping be like this ?? Hi I am sorry to hear of the delay in this parcel, I can see that you placed the order on the 28th May at 2.03pm and it was dispatched and collected by Fedex that same day. I can see it was then delivered a few days later, I can only apologise for this delay caused by Fedex but I am pleased to see you have recieved the shredder, Many thanks Nikki
