“I purchased an impact driver, and as usual, carried out a lot of research beforehand. The most competively priced was through Alan Wadkins Tool Store. Spoke to an employee with a query and was promised a return call AND got one ... which in itself is rare these days ! Order placed. Phone call made requesting delivery ( free ) to be delayed as i had other commitments. Again, this was done as promised. Excellent service. Will definately buy from this company again. J.P.”
