“Arrived with a battery that did not work so I had to replace it. It gives a different measurement each time so is not effective at all. Definately one to avoid.”

“Made an order but immediately realised I’d made a mistake. So emailed to report and requested change. No reply. Incorrect product number hen delivered! The 2 plates are poor quality and coatings are poor colour match.”

“I bought this as a surprise Xmas present for my son. Unfortunately he now knows exactly what it is as he opened the door to the courier and saw the big picture on the side of the uncovered box. He’s smart enough to deduce it’s for him and not my elderly mum. He seems pleased with it, even though he’s not getting it until Xmas day.”

“I ordered a 15mm Pilates mat and it arrive quicker than a blink. It is a lovely dark green, as requested, really thick and comfortable. Very well packaged to avoid the possibility of damage, too.”

“Am so disappointed with my purchase. Have recieved No help from customer services about my query just a "Shut up and make do" response from Natasha, not just once but twice. I'm now stuck with something that doesn't meet my needs because of two differing descriptions and two differing pictures on web page.”

“I have written twice regarding my recent purchase and have yet to get a peep of an answer from anyone. The produce is not how it seems. The descriptions differ and so do the images when ordering 30kg. Needless to say I have recieved what I perceived to be my order. I do not recommend this company. On the plus side they delivered quickly - just wish their customer service was as efficient.”
