TNP are competitive in their pricing for exercise equipment but poor at the after care.
I recently recieved an order which had the wrong colour slamball, I'm still working with them to send it back for the black one I actually brought.
Each email is short from them and never signed off by anyone, so I'm unsure who I am talking to.
It's been over 3.weeks.now and the issue still isn't sorted.
I also ordered a 20kg sandbag, the stitches in the handles came apart on the first use. They have since replaced this though.
