Whilst good to deal with on purchasing, they have absolutely no customer support whatsoever. They sell products they don't have experience with and can't advise on, then refuse to take any responsibility at all when there are any questions. A family run company means nothing when the family that run it refuse to help with the products they choose to sell. AVOID.
