“Dear Sara I am DEEPALI jain from india. I am a big fan of ur slimming gym pants . I love the shape and the tummy control and the material that really makes you look slim . Though I live in india I order my pants from india and have them delivered to my friend Neha Ion who lives in London . Whenever she comes to india she brings them for me. Following are some of my orders in the past for your ref Order no:1100005377 Dated June 24 th 2016 I ordered 3 gym pants Order no: 1100006775 Dated 29 th Sept I ordered 6 gym pants Order no: 1100010511 Dated May 9 th 2017 My daughter Tanya Jain ordered 4 gym pants to her friend Shonali Murarka's add in London I almost live in these pants as I am a fitness consultant . About a week ago I wore one of my new pants to a pilates session on the reformer and to my horror my pants split on the butt and I didn't even realise till one of my students pointed out to me that she could see my underwear that was pink in color. It was very embarrassing for me and I had to leave in the midst of my pilates session to go home and change. The pants are absolutely new but they have ripped from the seat. Please do let me know if these pants can be replaced ??sending them by mail to you from india will be more expensive than the price of the pants .pls do suggest how you can help me. I plan to order more pants from your company in the last week of sept to another friends add in London as she will be visiting india in October. So please do let me know if you will compensate me for the Pant that split as I am a very loyal customer. Waiting for your response Best regards Deepali jain India”

“I initially had a problem placing an order on line - one of those inexplicable glitches - but Angie was really helpful and we got there in the end. I placed my order on 17 August and it was despatched that evening. 19th and 20th were a weekend. It arrived here, in France, on 23rd!! The items fit perfectly - as per the sizing guide and although I haven't worn them 'in anger' yet (gym instructor on his hols) I am sure they will be fine as the quality is excellent, especially the 'ping' in the fabric which these days is so often a let down. Oh! And they make me look slimmer - always a good thing!”

“Firstly, TLC have provided a source of sportswear for tall women - something major brands have not quite got their heads round, so hooray for TLC!! And they are super long trousers ????????. My order was received the very next day, and the trousers exceeded my expectations. Very high quality, very comfortable (which is no mean feat as I had spinal surgery this year and trousers normally hurt), and they look good too. Really happy, have been recommending to friends. No brainer, place your orders now ????”

“Ok, I placed my first ever order with your company on the 11th of this month expecting to receive it within a few days as nearly all online UK companys offer either next day or in the nest 3 days delivery. I then got an email exactly 1 week ago telling me that my order had been dispatched which i thought was very slow to say the least and its now been a week since that email and yet i have still not got my order. So i emailed you first thing this morning asking for details on where it could be as even the slowest postage service within the UK doesn't take over a week to get there! So far i have not heard back from your company about my order but then you send me a customer feedback survey which is so ironic. Needless to say i will not be ordering anything else from yourselves unless something is done swiftly about this. I will be taking the issue up with paypal very soon unless it arrives in the next 48 hours. In this modern era of online shopping nobody expects to wait over 2 weeks for their goods when they order from a UK based company! Please sort it out. G Keable”
