“Had a pair of TLC pants as a gift 3 years ago. Great pants wanted to buy more but no code on the label so had to guess when ordering. Pants arrived not the same but great quality and fit so keeping them. Would be helpful if you could put a code on the label to identify style for reordering. I know styles change but if you now what you had before it is easy for TLC to recommend the new style that is closest to the old you love!”

“I placed an order with standard delivery (3-5 working days) and just never received my order however after calling customer service they said they would send my order out recorded delivery straight away which was good”

“Item 'ordered' was a replacement for faulty leggings. No acknowledgement of this was enclosed with the replacement but return postage has been refunded. Normally, quality is very good and historically, leggings I have bought have lasted for years.”

“Definitely worth the money, tight to get on but they do loosen very slightly when they have been worn a few times - Think of it as a new part of shoes. Very sliming! - I will be buying these again”

“I was pleased with my purchase of leggings but have not yet tried them on. I was disappointed that I got no acknowledgement of my order. I rang TLC and I think they had problems with their emails. They were to send it again but it never arrived. I sent a further email requesting an acknowledgement of my order but got no reply. I therefore had no details of my order on computer. Otherwise very quick service.”

“You really cannot get anywhere as longer lasting and great quality as you can at TLC. Been a customer for over 15 years and still using my old leggings each week. Amazing . 🙂”
