Hi Janet, Yes you can do this, just head into the users profile and concert their allowance to be stated in Hours rather than Days: here's the help file info with it on https://timetastic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202445102-Annual-Allowances-Daily-or-Hourly Thanks

“Great to see everyone in together. Could do with an option for less than a half day, e.g leaving at 3 to go to the dentist isn't a half day but colleagues could do with seeing that someone is leaving early.”

Hi Jonathan, You can do this, if the Leave Type that someone is booking under does not deduct from their annual allowance then you can book in increments of half hours. So you might create Leave Types of things like "Dentist" "Health Appointment" or such like which they can use to book when leaving early. Cheers

“Like the intuitive design of it. Feel it could be more integrated withe email calendar (outlook), possibly extracting a meeting (with date and time) from an email sent to a custom inbox.”

“It is very helpful to see which members of staff are off - and the likelihood of me getting any time off. I like that this can be accessed at home. I think it could be better for everyone when the remaining holidays are updated so we have a live and accurate representation of how much time we have left to take.”
