Hi Keelan, Chances are this is because Chrome will be more up to date than Internet Explorer on your PC. We have a guide to supported browsers here if you need: https://timetastic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202254641-Which-Web-Browsers-does-Timetastic-Support- Thanks Gary

Really like having this system to request my time off and track my time off. We are enjoying using it.

I like it as a whole and find the service useful, both as a manager confirming time off for my staff and as a requester of leave myself The only issue I have is with the date picker. When you are looking at the view and there are a lot of people on it its hard to pick out the detail of the day. I would suggest either freezing the day row at the top, else being able to just view 1 row of data for an individual, or indeed a smaller group, using a checkbox or something similar! Then I could separate my staff from people whose leave I'm not really that interested in

Hi Alex, Thanks for the feedback. You might benefit form creating departments so group staff into then you can filter the wall chart using the 'department' drop down at the top left. You can also do a filter on a given day - just click the day in the header row of the on the x axis. Aside form that we do agree it would be beneficial to freeze the top row. Thanks Gary

We were drawn to Timetastic by its price and instant accessibility. We want to go paperless and to move quickly to a central online holiday recording system. It is easy to understand and use, but it could not cope with our unpredictable shift patterns. Our currently system does not copy automatically with these shift patterns either, but has manual over-ride functionality. Unfortunately there fore we are looking elsewhere, and are now considering e-days for all absence, not just holidays.

It would be good to have more flexibility for people who work part-time. For example, as I work part-time is says I only work mornings where actually it changes regularly. If I want to book off an afternoon, its not possible. Would be good to have the flexibility here for this. Thanks

I like it. It's easy and a good way to see how many days you have left. On the mobile app I found it a bit "difficult" (too big a word, but for lack of something better) to get back to the wallchart from a persons calendar. Perhaps roundabout is a better word? Anyway, I accidentally clicked on one of my colleagues and went to their calendar view. I wanted to go back to the wallchart and expected there to be a simple back button or something. It took me a few seconds to realize it was under the menu. That's fine, but it is an extra click and something I hadn't expected in the flow. (Going into the person's overview almost feels like swiping and then I can't 'swipe' back, you know?) Not a major thing. I still love your product. Just a thought. Keep up the good work.

It is very easy to control my leave schedule and left my manager know about it.

Generally, I find the website very simple to use and a helpful tool. One additional feature which would be great, is if it could send a notification of your approved holiday booking to colleagues (and not just your manager who approves it).

Easy to handle. Straight forward to use Room for improvement Why is it difficult to move back from hourly to daily holiday allocation? Why can the admin approve of own holiday? Delay to integrate in google calendar

It would be great to set the calendars by user and not by department

We have only being using the system for a short time but so far we are very pleased with it - it is simple and easy to use. The support is also very good - I have received quick and useful responses to my queries.

It is a good way of confirming holidays without using the old school style wall chart with coloured stickers that looks tacky

- It'd be better if you provide timezone selecting as we are in Thailand. - I could not find a way to add company holidays in one time. I have to add manually for everyone in my team. >_< Thank you :)

HI Gary, glad to see that you have SA holidays now. Just 2 things for now 1) Just a suggestion, is there anyway that once you have added a leave type for instance sick because you have not heard from staff but later they arrive hours into work so now need to amend the sick to late, is there anyway to change that without deleting it first and then redoing the leave type. 2) Is there anyway when you have the months as well as days of the week and want to scroll down can those heading not remain at the top as it will make it easier and at least you know that you are in the correct month as you always have to scroll up to make sure then scroll down to the relevant place you wan to be Hope you understand what a i am actually saying thanks

Hi Michelle, 1. Yes you do have to cancel and re-book - sorry if that's not ideal. 2. Yes, your suggestion makes sense when scrolling. I'll raise it with the team at the next product meeting. Thanks Gary

great functionality, easy for the staff to get to grips with, clear and simple and now something we wouldn't be without - but would like to see it developed further to accommodate non mon-fri office working hours, and work better for other trades such as retail and liesure where we work on a 7 day week. yes we have managed to find work arounds, but would be great to be more intuitive to 7 day week working
