“We're having a trial and so far we're finding it very user friendly and comprehensive. It seems to be difficult to find something simple to record staff annual leave without it being complicates and/or costing a fortune.”

“We were looking for leave management software and Timetastic is simple and effective. Quick to set up and easy to use. All the features are useful and they're not constantly trying to get you to trial and buy a load of irrelevant features which is a breath of fresh air! There's a good length of trial time, but the software is such good value it's a no-brainer really.”

“Great program for time off. Easy for staff to request and easy for managers to approve or deny. The only problem I have is we work a 12 day fortnight and when holidays are taken it doesn’t allow me to take a Saturday or a Sunday off the yearly allocation”

“We liked the system very much but there are a few points that would be nice to be improved: 1. It seems like Non-Administrators do not see the category colors of the other employees on the wall chart. The fields or simply grey. It would be nice if everyone can see if somebody is on holiday, sick or absent for another reason. 2. When adjusting the work schedule, can this be reflected in the Outlook calendar too? E.g part timers that do not work on a certain week day.”
