“Timetastic is user-friendly and provides a good overview. However, the only thing stopping me from rating it as 5-stars, is that Timetastic is not able to separate the types of deductable allowances. We are only able to key in one quantity for deductable allowances. However, we have more than 1 type of allowances, with each type having a maximum number of days. Holiday/Annual Leave - 14 days Sick Leave - 14 days Each type of leave will need to be deducted accordingly, but we currently have to deduct the number of sick days taken manually, as it can't be tracked if we add it together with the holiday allowance.”

“Great tool and will switch from a trial to a paid up subscription. Do not like the colour scheme as many of the colours are similar so not so helpful to tell the difference between different types of time off. Would be an advantage to have the ability to not just have a strict 5 day week as standard as you cannot change it. These days not many companies have staff working 5 day weeks and that would be better to update in the tool in my opinion. However it’s a helpful tool, just wish it could have the two features above.”

“Really useful app, quick and easy to use. Only downfall is you can’t back date holiday so as we joined mid way through the year we can’t add in January and February’s holidays. Also can’t edit how many days holiday each person gets as some are part timers so get a little less than the 28 days.”

“Cant book holidays when clashing with other employees that do a different job from me as much use as a chocolate kettle not impressed with this system easy to use if it allows you to do what you want it to do”

“The system is great & has made booking leave very easy compared our old paper cards. The only thing that could be improved is to allow all fractional times without having to set the staff as hourly. We have staff who work part time & if they take a couple of hours rather than a half or whole day, it's difficult to log. Also toil isn't always in whole days & this would be great to have timetastic calculate when the toil hours make a full day, however, we can do this ourselves then add to the allowances. A minor gripe though :-)”
