“I love the tracking and the ability for the staff to input thier requests for leave. an inprovement would be for me to be able to input the replacements name.”

“Well designed and pretty good. Well designed. I would like to have an in-browser-view calendar feature so I can see on any given day all the people that are off easily - when you have 20 members of staff it is difficult to see easily at once who is all off on one day”

“We are still navigating through the program, we like what we see so far. One Manager is testing it with their department. It would be nice to incorporate a time sheet function and allow the user to add additional leaves balance totals.”

“It would be very useful to have a feature that tracks remote work. Currently, there is an option to label time off as "remote work" without it being counted as annual leave. However, in the time-off panel, it appears to be counted as leave. The same issue is reflected in the admin insights, leading to an inaccurate representation of potential burnout. As you can see in the attached image, I have not taken any annual leave in January, but the Time Off graph seems to include remote work as leave. I would suggest adding a separate graph below, specifically calculating remote work hours.”

“Currently I am limited user as just joined my current company in August this year. Points that I like show holiday allowance outstanding as you book holidays. You can also book holidays to avoid conflict with team members. In addition, it sends an email to team members when reminding them when one is on holiday. There are obviously other positive elements of the system functionality that I have not experienced. Steve”
