It would be very useful to have a feature that tracks remote work. Currently, there is an option to label time off as "remote work" without it being counted as annual leave. However, in the time-off panel, it appears to be counted as leave. The same issue is reflected in the admin insights, leading to an inaccurate representation of potential burnout. As you can see in the attached image, I have not taken any annual leave in January, but the Time Off graph seems to include remote work as leave. I would suggest adding a separate graph below, specifically calculating remote work hours.
