“What a breath of fresh air Tiles 360 is! I had a few problems ordering online & inadvertently place 3 orders for the same tiles. I phoned Tiles 360 & explained what had happened. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful & understanding. Two of the orders were cancelled immediately and I received a full refund for them in less than 24 hours! They almost beat the transactions appearing on my card statement. Most other companies would have taken up to a week, or more, to make the refund but not Tiles 360! I think that they are great at customer service & have VERY competitive prices on quality stock. I will certainly have no hesitation in using them again in the future when the need arises!”

Hi Gary, your samples were sent via Royal Mail on 3rd June and an email sent to you to say they had been shipped. We will contact you tomorrow to resolve the non-delivery.

“Only ordered sample tiles but three out of five were broken, obviously damaged in transit, however, response from Tiles360 was excellent and the situation was resolved immediately, very impressed.”

“Brilliant tiles at an excellent price - they look so expensive! Recently had our bathroom renovated and found tiles360 online, their delivery was on time as scheduled with no issues and the tile quality is definitely 10/10, they look amazing and are so strong. We chose the estuary tiles and we really couldn’t have asked for anything better, they have really made our bathroom!”
