Thank you for your review, rating and photo. The tiles look fab in your kitchen. Yes, we agree the cost of delivery for a small order is high. But due to the nature of the product and how fragile tiles are, all tile orders are wrapped to and sent on a pallet. All pallet companies charge on weight with the lowest being up to 250kg. So regardless of whether it is 1 box or 10 boxes, we are charged the same. We do subsidise this charge to the customer currently.

“Great selection of tiles at competitive prices. Delivery was speedy and came on time-which is hard to come by at the moment. The product was good quality and looks great in our bathroom. When we had an issue with one of the tiles being cracked in transit, good communication and refund for the value of the cracked tile. Overall very positive experience. Will shop here again!”

“We ordered some sample tiles before choosing and they were sent promptly and arrived in perfect condition. Once we ordered our tiles, the delivery was quick and delivered on pallets to our driveway. Tiles look great and all were in mint condition when received.”
