“Very quick and efficient delivery. Quite expensive delivery charge for small quantity . Delighted with the tiles all intact too. Got phone call from 360 tiles as ordered two separate orders and refunded one delivery charge. Tiles were very reasonable .”

“The tiles we ordered are fantastic and amazing value for money! Everyone who sees them loves the colours. I personally love the shimmer, the reflection gives. Unfortunately upon deliver one of the boxes was damaged. However, your customer service was beyond brilliant. A refund was offered but after a brief discussion a new replacement box was sent out within a few days with no extra delivery cost to me. The replacement box arrived in perfect condition, well protected against any further accidents. Thank you!”

“We had an issue with our first delivery as most of the tiles arrived broken. Tiles 360 were really helpful and fast with providing a refund so we decided to reorder. The second order was perfect. They’ve all been installed now and they look great, we’re really pleased.”

“Your staff were brilliant! Very friendly and kept me updated on when and how my delivery was coming along. I couldn't fault them at all they are a credit to you. “I was very dubious about buying tiles online especially when buying over 500 and wondering how many would be damaged and how easy it would be to return. Ordered a sample tile which arrived promptly then ordered the full delivery. Very pleased with the outcome, tiles ordered and delivered on date promised. Came packaged well on a sturdy pallet and Pallex driver couldn't have been more helpful - really good as I read some bad reviews about the courier. One tile cracked in the delivery and 10 with chipped edges which I thought was a good result. I didn't use their customer service as I could use the damaged ones but from a purchase and delivery perspective I had a good experience.”
