“I love my Kent blue tiles, which are suitable for my outdoor balcony. I found the Tiles360 customer service exemplary. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. Mark gave me lots of help and advice when I was choosing the tiles and Helen went above and beyond when helping me with delivery etc. I couldn't recommend them enough.”

“Looking at tiles on the internet does not always allow you to see in the right environment, but you can use the sample service, which is a fantastic option and worth the small cost involved to allow an informed purchase The staff was very helpful and the items arrived in pristine condition, will be going back to them when we start our next project”

“Superb overall service. Sample tiles were delivered very quickly, questions answered on the website chat was immediate and very helpful. “very pleased with packaging - when I ordered a sample it was broken on delivery and I was very unsure of larger order. no need to worry as larger order very well packaged and nothing broken. tiles are beautiful, best i have seen, and I have seen lots.”

“Tiles are great quality. Delivered when requested ( I had to communicate directly with the depot/courier as I needed to postpone delivery as I hadn't understood I had to be present to sign. The tiles aren't laid yet (this week fingers crossed) but very happy with 360”
