“Very dis appointed order tiles , when delivered 3/4 broken. Refused delivery. Can’t faultier company got money back . But wasn’t happy as the other order also had a lot of broken tiles, which I did phone and say but got not compensation for first order”

“The tiles are lovely, and look great. The tiles look bigger than expected (I think the picture is an optical illusion) they just seem much bigger in the flesh but they are accurate to the described size. Also, delivery is very expensive. Four boxes of tiles arrived on a pallet and delivered by trolley to my driveway - they took up less than half the surface of the pallet on one layer! It was an unnecessarily expensive way to deliver them!”

“My first contact with Tile Co UK. I ordered a tile sample to check it matched some existing tiling I have. The tile was delivered free of charge in a shorter time than I expected. The tile pattern was an exact match so I am now ready to order the quantity I need to do the job. Very satisfied. Joseph.”

“Fabulous company. Ordered tiles online and then had a change of heart the next day. I called the company and got through straight away. Spoke to a lovely chap who stalled shipping whilst I looked at alternatives. Called back the next day and spoke to the same chap, changed my order and he refunded the difference. Order came promptly. Highly recommend, great customer services.”
