“The order was quick and easy. I had problem with broken tiles due delivery but this was soon resolved by return post with replaced tiles, these could be better quality but good for what I paid”

“The tiles are lovely, and look great. The tiles look bigger than expected (I think the picture is an optical illusion) they just seem much bigger in the flesh but they are accurate to the described size. Also, delivery is very expensive. Four boxes of tiles arrived on a pallet and delivered by trolley to my driveway - they took up less than half the surface of the pallet on one layer! It was an unnecessarily expensive way to deliver them!”

“So I ordered floor & wall Tiles and over 10% of both arrived damaged. I followed the online instructions and sent pictures over and Luke dealt with the issue straight away. Sadly communication from office to warehouse failed and my replacement order which should have left Tuesday for delivery weds was held up a day and arrived Thursday instead. I do think the tiles are lovely and I’m super happy with how they look but the original packaging is the reason they were broken. I would have appreciated if someone had let me know the replacement delivery wasn’t going to arrive on the day stated.”

“Beautiful tiles & when phoning a couple of times to ask a question or give delivery help the staff were excellent & answered my queries & passed on info to the couriers. Within a couple of days of delivery the price reduced by 20% so a bit disapointed in missing out on that. The sample tiles showed that the picture on the site looked very blue but in reality they are more greyey/green. Always get samples. It would help to have the tile weights listed. If you do not have solid or cement board walls they could be too heavy. I had to pay £60 for a small lorry due to access difficulties so be prepared for that.”

“Shipping was quite expensive but still worked out cheaper overall than nearby shops. Well packaged on a pallet with no breakages. Took a week to get delivered. No-one replied to my email asking for an update on the order when the tracking didn't work but I would use tile.co.uk again as the online chat was useful.”

“Tiles are great. Delivery left a lot to be desired, as the driver refused to push the trolley to the back door, down a ramp installed by the builders for the delivery of building supplies, leaving them at the top of a flight of steps, that I then had to carry them down and through to the back of the house - all 11 boxes of tiles. I am 63, he was considerably younger, and it really wouldn't have been difficult for him to deliver them to where they needed to go, but it was as if I'd asked him to fly me to the moon. Poor, considering I'd paid £44 for delivery.”

“Arrived on time 2 boxes with 2 tiles cracked but enough to work from for the project. Lovely mix of patterns definitely worth buying g 2 boxes to get the right balance and mix of patterns.”
