“I bought some tiles from this company when they arrived it was the worst packaged parcel I've ever seen +some of them were broken which tile.co.uk did say they will replace but I've been waiting quite a long time +have had to chase them up”

“I was pretty disappointed to be honest, it started off with the delivery company calling me saying the items were damage so they can’t deliver them on the Friday but they will deliver them Monday. I was slightly confused and said if they are damaged why deliver them just get new ones this didn’t go down well. The packaging was damaged on pretty much every box and signs of water damage, 6 broken tiles, I also paid for 40 and only got 39 and we paid a premium price for them.”

“Requested as sample which was sent to me promptly and was just what is was looking for. However, after doing some research on Tile.co.uk their reviews on trust pilot were not good at all. Delivery issues, damage issues and bad customer services. So I purchased somewhere else.”

“I can't fault the quality and price of the tiles themselves or the trouble Tile.co.uk went to on my behalf. However the delivery was frankly farcical via Royal Mail. First delivery attempt didn't hear knock (or maybe was out) and no card left. Found box was at GPO depot, collected it only to find over half the tiles were smashed. Second replacement delivery went to wrong address (stolen by whoever accepted the parcel). Third delivery to local MKM Home Store was fine.”

Hello Martin, Thank you for the review. We apologies for the issues with Royal Mail. These tiles are special order items sent directly from the supplier so we don't have control over how they are delivered or booked in but will always try our best to get orders to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate you was able to collect from a local business.

“Good service and pleased with the overall look/quality of the tiles for the price. Disappointed and frustrated that in every pack of tiles, there were at least 2 if not half of had a very distinct, stand out ‘design’ flaw; the outline of a figure (head and shoulder). May be accidental with the print, but quite a glaring error once you see it! Reported to Tiles.co.uk; thanked me for letting them know and said they’d advise their supplier. Doesn’t help me know though and it’s unfortunately tainted my experience with this purchase.”

“The Santini tiles arrived completely broken due to the way they had been packaged meaning the package had bent in transit and they snapped in several places. Tile.co.uk have said they will replace but I’ve not heard nor seen more of a replacement yet.”

“Loved the product and service however £60 delivery for four boxes of tiles is extortionate, especially when they are dumped on the pavement by Mr Grumpy. Delivery costs would probably put me off ordering again.”

“These tiles came from the manufacturer which were just ordered by Tile.co.uk for us.. even so Tile did not send any contact to say how long the ETA was I had to phone them..The delivery service provider was poor. I don't know who which company delivered them, but we never had any notification the tiles were ready or on the way/select a date etc. not from the manufacturer or Tile. He just rang the bell and left them at the front of the house. We are elderly and disabled, it would have been useful if he took them down the drive. But he said he couldn't do that.”

“Tiles delivered rapidly. Disappointed with the selection though, the images online showed a wide variety of colour variation and patterns on the tiles. However, of the 10 tiles I ordered there is almost no variation at all as you can see in my pic. They don't feel like a representative sample of the tiles advertised so I'm a bit disappointed with what I received.”

“Bought 12 square metres paid £44 delivery realised I made a mistake in my calculations needed another 2 square metres still cost me £44 in delivery more than what I paid for the 2 square metres of tiles. Rubbish.”

“£40 delivery for 200 tiles delivered on a pallet, "thanks for stating that when ordering" ( were talking about 5 boxes of tiles) weighing minimal, when it could have been delivered using a waaaay cheaper alternative....absolute rip! As for the tiles, 2 tiles in each box (=10 in total) were unusable due to some blob of glue on each tile that stuck it to the box it was in, could not get that glue off....also whoever packed the order packed a random 5/6 loose tiles, rather than rapping it in cardboard to protect them, they left them loose, so when the plastic was cut off the pallet to access the boxes, they crashed to the floor resulting in another 2 being damaged.......Would I use them again NO, would I recommend NO. The lack of communication was very poor.”

“We like the tiles, and have matched them to your advertising, however our kitchen is green, and there’s not a single green or greenish tile in any of the boxes we purchased , you're t&cs state basically you get what you’re given, so although we like the tiles we are still disappointed.”
