“They were poorly packed and half were chipped- not sure if this happened 🤔 during delivery or were like this. BINNED them (had only ordered 8 to do back of wash basin) but a waste of my money!”

“Tile.uk responded quickly to my query asking them to send me only brown and cream shade tiles but they said I would have to accept what was selected from warehouse. Tiles were sent promptly and well packaged but on inspection none of the 11 tile colours matched website image and also one was chipped. Unfortunately I've wasted money as they'll have to go to the skip. I didn't bother complaining as other reviews show company will dismiss the problem Image from website is herewith uploaded with the image of tiles sent. Different colours can be seen.”

“Tiles weren't delivered on requested date. Complained via customer service requesting refund of delivery charge seeing as my request wasn't fulfilled. Subsequent email was ignored. Will not use again.”

“Ordered two sample tiles. Received one. The invoice had the second tile crossed out with a note stating out of stock. No refund offered. When I emailed they apologised and confirmed that the tile was in stock so should have received it. They said they’d send it straight away. Never received it. Didn’t use them when choosing my tiles because I couldn’t trust I’d receive them if they can’t even get the sample order correct”

“The tiles we received were lovely, but communication was difficult. We ordered samples that weren't ever dispatched so eventually we had to cancel the order. Only part of that order was refunded. The communication about delivery was also not clear.”

“Sample cut tile was delivered by post promptly. Label on back stated "Navy Blue" It is the greyest "blue" that I have ever seen and bore no resemblence to the website screen colour. Not suitable for the project so will not be proceeding with a puchase. To be fair the colour is the process of Ca Pietra and not of the Tile.co.uk”

“The first tile order was satisfactorily delivered, the second arrived with three broken tiles, which were required to finish the job. This was reported to Tile Co with as yet, no reply. I am an architect I will not be recommending Tile Co.”

“I had added a message on my order explaining what tiles I wanted. However it didn't save on order form . So what I received was not correct. When I phoned the person was rude and unhelpful, I won't be a returning customer”

“Ordered and received in good time and condition . Dissatisfied with customer care and service ! Luke was not particularly helpful or had any empathy when I called to say that my order of randomly selected tiles wasn’t proportionate. It is advertised as 27 different designs yet I got , 22 different designs 10 of 1 and 9 of another . That’s 19%of my total order of just 4 boxes 100 tiles . When I explained this to Luke . He casually said that they come from the manufacturer and nothing could be done other than to return and reorder . Yet it could happen again . I explained that the delivery charge was £39 over the price of and box of tiles and that wasn’t cost efficient for me . All I got was a weak! “ sorry nothing we can do , ! . He went on to explain that it had happened to other customers , I replied with the hat they should probably change the manufacture if they were not going to select a better choice of this so called randomised tiles . It’s going to be difficult to make this appear as displayed in the advertisement . Shame on Luke poor customer service my reasoning for just 2 stars . The tile is Nikea please be aware !”

“I'm in the process of buying tiles from your store using the credit function - but it isn't working - I need to have the tiles delivered in time but this is running out doe to this issue - I have tried contacting you on your live chat service, but no-one has gotten back to me so far. Not the service I was expecting. I may need to try elsewhere in future.”

“I ordered sample of the ultra white rectified tile. The tile seem to be of good quality but nowhere near ultra white. It was more like ivory colour. Very deceptive. I'm glad I ordered sample before spending a lot of money.”

“I got these for the ground floor shower room and I love the tiles but I was short by a few tiles and so had to place another order and had to pay and additional £39 delivery charge even though in total I spent approx £500. So in all I paid £78 delivery charges. They wouldn't waive the second delivery charge. I am currently undergoing a full house renovation and need lots more tiles for various different rooms but have learnt my lesson; I will be shopping local for the rest of the tiles I need and would advise everyone else to do the same. It will save you money in the end.”
