“I purchased a few boxes of tiles and they were delivered in good time. Unfortunately two tiles were damaged in transit but their customer service team leapt into action and replaced them within a couple of days. Amazing service. These guys rock.”

“The tiles themselves are nice and of acceptable quality. The service however was extremely poor. Having paid £45 for delivery, each box was delivered soaking wet, danger and with tiles falling out as you tried to pick them up. Having complained and reported the issue, I was told that only once I ‘counted and photographed’ each broken tile would they be replaced. Absolutely ridiculous to expect me to one by one separate the tiles and find a storage place for them in my home when time was limited before the hiker was due to come. I’d never order from them again”

“Was one box short ordered it and they sent the wrong ones and they were all broke but one phone call and the correct tiles arrived 8 o’clock the next morning great customer service these things happen and they were excellent at rectifying it will use them again in the future”

“Found exactly what I wanted after looking at multiple other sites and samples. Whilst the room isn’t complete yet, I’m delighted with how it looks so far. Our tiler has also commented on the good quality of the tiles. Great service and speedy delivery. We had just one damaged box which was replaced within 2 days. Recommended.”

“Looking to install new kitchen but, unlike the remainder of open plan kitchen and living room ceramic tiled floor, all of our existing kitchen units were positioned on a blank concrete surface !! Consequently, as design of new kitchen would mean exposing blank concrete areas, we needed to identify and order some new, matching tiles, to facilitate installation of new kitchen and Tile.co.uk came to our rescue - thank you. Ordering and delivery of new tiles was easily performed & delivery was seamless and communicated well. Thank you.”
