“Brilliant company! I ordered 37 sqm of tiles from here was a little sceptical at first as they were an online company but they exceeded my expectations. When emailing with a query they were quick to respond with all the answers. Delivery was very quick with picking my own delivery date. On delivery a few tiles where broken which is to be expected with this material I called the customer service team they were very polite and apologetic and replacing the few broken tiles with express next day delivery. Tiles were exactly as pictured and high quality. Would highly recommend their service and staff are unbelievably helpful and professional. Fantastic company to use very happy customer here.”

“Beautiful tiles, cheaper than London Tile Co, and the postage was reasonable (unlike LTC). I haven't yet fitted these tiles, but they were very well packaged and arrived all intact, no issues, and good delivery time. I did try to purchase same from London Tile Company, who wanted to charge me £80 delivery for same price of tiles, as they said we needed a pallet delivery and they consider our Dundee postcode to be "Scottish Highlands", so after that load of bull, it was a pleasure to deal with Tile.co.uk instead. Many Thanks.”

“Good service and pleased with the overall look/quality of the tiles for the price. Disappointed and frustrated that in every pack of tiles, there were at least 2 if not half of had a very distinct, stand out ‘design’ flaw; the outline of a figure (head and shoulder). May be accidental with the print, but quite a glaring error once you see it! Reported to Tiles.co.uk; thanked me for letting them know and said they’d advise their supplier. Doesn’t help me know though and it’s unfortunately tainted my experience with this purchase.”

“Needed these split face cladding to add to an existing job ,on the first 2 deliveries there were broken tiles , immediately they were replaced , the next batch arrived broken too , again immediately replaced . This time they were individually wrapped in enough bubble wrap to wrap my whole house up !! Customer service was faultless . The tiles are beautiful, great colours throughout them and with the added sparkle they are perfect .”

“Ordered two sample tiles. Received one. The invoice had the second tile crossed out with a note stating out of stock. No refund offered. When I emailed they apologised and confirmed that the tile was in stock so should have received it. They said they’d send it straight away. Never received it. Didn’t use them when choosing my tiles because I couldn’t trust I’d receive them if they can’t even get the sample order correct”

“The Santini tiles arrived completely broken due to the way they had been packaged meaning the package had bent in transit and they snapped in several places. Tile.co.uk have said they will replace but I’ve not heard nor seen more of a replacement yet.”

“Fantastic tile quality and colour choices. My favourite was Aria Green brick tile and my husbands was Nissel Emerald Brick Tile. Packaged securely and quick sample delivery which is helpful when under time pressure. I would have bought these tiles if my builder hadn't urged me to pick based on website photos alone and not wait for the samples.”
