“The company we ordered our kitchen units from recommended Tile.co.uk so we took a look online. We knew that we wanted brick tiles, but didn't want brick slips as we didn't want to have to seal them or maintain them, and wanted the convenience and durability of porcelain tiles. As we measured up ourselves, we opted to buy the extra to cover and breakages. We're glad we did as although there wasn't any breakages, we found we used almost all of the tiles we were sent. The delivery was excellent, and the driver offloaded the pallet from the van and placed it exactly where we asked him to in our garage. Having had experience of working with porcelain tiles in the past, we knew how hard they were, so we bought a bench top diamond tile cutter to make the job a bit easier. This worked a treat. We were very pleased with how the tiles went on. The only down-side was the gout and adhesive we used for the grouting. It was great at sticking the tiles on the wall, but not so good for the grouting. Although this had nothing to do with the quality of the tiles, just a bad choice on our part. As we were using quite wide gaps between the tiles, using 7mm spacers, the grout and adhesive combination was a bit too soft. We were very happy with the goods and service provided by Tile.co.uk.”

“Excellent service from Tile.co.uk in our recent order. Particularly impressive was the care and attention paid to the batch-matching of our larger order. This meant that it took longer than normal to complete the order but communcations with Tile.co.uk were excellent throughout and the order was met with an excellent batch of fully matched tiles.”

“Excellent choice of tiles to choose from. Delivery was fast from time of ordering. The only negative is that they only offer full packs and we needed just 4 extra tiles for our small project and they don’t split packs. Fortunately, we were able to source the extra tiles locally.”

“The tiles we received were lovely, but communication was difficult. We ordered samples that weren't ever dispatched so eventually we had to cancel the order. Only part of that order was refunded. The communication about delivery was also not clear.”

“Loved the product and service however £60 delivery for four boxes of tiles is extortionate, especially when they are dumped on the pavement by Mr Grumpy. Delivery costs would probably put me off ordering again.”
