“The ordering process was quite straightforward although I did miss out on my discount for first order as I saw the email after I had placed the order. It would be more practical to have a box you can tick for discount on the order form rather than sending a separate email which I didn't view until much later. As it is early days I have not received the goods as yet so can't comment further.”

“Very pleased most of the time, say about 95% but once I bought three pairs of hold ups and every pair one after the other parted from the welt on putting them on. Wish I could remember which they were. But o the whole most things I have sent for have arrived quickly, and are very nice.”

“First order with this company and goods arrived within the 3-5 days delivery window and exactly as ordered. It would have been nice to have had tracking though instead of waiting in each day not knowing if the delivery (which would not have fitted through the letterbox) was going to arrive.”

“sono molto contenta del servizio e dei prodotti, vado matta per calze intere molto velate, setose, attillatissime e molto alte di vita anche oltre il mio reggiseno, le calze da vera femminuccia come me, perfette per la mia delicata, estrema, totale femminilità! Adoro sovrapporre tutecollant o bodystocking, che preferisco velate, trasparenti, maniche lunghe, piedini compresi e il + chiuse possibile, apprezzate anche dal mio ragazzo! L'unico problema è che il costo della spedizione in Italia è davvero troppo alto, senò potrei fare + ordini”

“Annoyed when I try to order something and find out that my size is not available (L). This happens too often. Also too much hose as shiny or ultra shiny. Regula matt heu should be more an option.”

“I like the service and ease of shopping at the tight spot. I’m not from the UK and have items shipped to Canada on occasion for the past almost seven years I think now, and as a male, shopping for tights can be difficult and/ or embarrassing. The Tight Spot makes it easier in general.”

“I really enjoy shopping at The Tight Spot because they offer great promotions, stockings, hold-ups and tights from excellent brands. The quality of their products and the variety available are outstanding. My only suggestion would be to allow mix and match options for the 3-piece packs and to consider offering direct shipping to Mexico — if they included Mexico, I would definitely purchase more and much more often. Overall, a highly recommended store for hosiery lovers!”

“I buy from The Tight Spot fairly regular. I've always been very pleased with my purchases except once. That was for 3 pairs of hold ups which there must have been a design fault or something as the hold ups detached from the welt part on 3 successive pairs. I was very annoyed but so far it only happened that time even though they were about £9 a pair. I got no answer from my email. But all my other purchases have been fine.”
