It hasn’t arrived and no tracking available!! I paid for 2-3 day shipping and hasn’t arrived and no correspondence, very poor service and flying out on holiday tomorrow!

Dear Sir /Madam. We placed an order, we paid double price for freight. You promised on the website 2-3 days as delivery time. 7 days passed and no goods. This completaly unacceptable. How long do we have to wait for the package???? I think you also do not want to pay back the transport cost. This it not a proffessional job. What can we do in this sitation? The ggods and the freight cost 100%paid and rhe product has never arrived. Please be kind and advise it. Thank you in advance. Zsuzsanna

The legs were fine but the pantie part was a joke. Barely reach the lower hips. Totally unable to wear them. Very very disappointed.

Ordered November 24th, now January 3rd and still no indication of whether the product will ever arrive, yet I'm sent a review request. You might want to check to see if the package was even sent or even received before you go asking

I didn’t even receive the package ; allegedly because I missed to include the unit number in the address, when my building has a mail room precisely for these purposes, so people don’t show their apartment number, don’t even know if the package is lost or not, but didn’t receive assistance nor refund, worst experience ever

I wanted to love this but there were full of holes before the end of the night. I followed the directions and put them on very gingerly and my finger went right through them. There were 2 snags in the legs by the end of the night, one near the waist and a hole in the toe. The felt nice was the only postive thing I can say about them.

Ordered a pair of tights for my fiance to go towards a beautiful dress I bought her for her birthday... 18 days later and a week after her birthday it never arrived. Customer service said it definitely was dispatched but after almost 3 weeks still nothing... I wouldn't bother ordering from there again.. Their customer service no. Also doesn't work. Pretty poor service

This order was placed with a standard, not tracked shipping option. Deliveries to the USA usually take approximately 2 working weeks and this order arrived within the timeframe

I ordered 190 dollars worth of tights, but they never showed up. After a month I contacted them but they said there was nothing they could do. I just ate the cost. Never again.

Extremely poor customer service. I made an online purchase two days ago. I paid for the fastest delivery which is two days. I have not heard from The Tight Spot since my purchase. I've emailed without a response. Extremely poor communication and customer service. I will not be making further purchases or recommending this business.
