“I buy from The Tight Spot fairly regular. I've always been very pleased with my purchases except once. That was for 3 pairs of hold ups which there must have been a design fault or something as the hold ups detached from the welt part on 3 successive pairs. I was very annoyed but so far it only happened that time even though they were about £9 a pair. I got no answer from my email. But all my other purchases have been fine.”

“The ordering process seems easy and straight forward. The only room for improvement that I can think of is to have tracking for standard shipping as well. So far I've been lucky when shopping with The Tight Spot, in that all my untracked orders have arrived at my local post office in good condition and more or less on time.”

“My only complaint is that you do not ship discrete. Please ship without the contents of the box on the outside for everyone to see. It is private, and also indicating the contents of the what is inside may encourage theft.”

“I haven't received my latest order yet, but I'm disppointed about 2 things (which I can understand are the way they are, but still): * no free shipping optins to Australia * credit points/rewards only last for 1 year. When I buy hosiery from you, because of the postage cost, I buy enough to last me several years. This disadvantages me in my loyalty to you (you are currently my sole supplier) and even a $5 reward is not an incentive when the postage for 1 item is $10. I look forward to an improved award/reward/loyalty scheme. Thanks. Johanna”

“Last order took a little while to arrive and I didn’t get the usual notifications about this you often do get with orders but the tights were fabulous and the pricing is always such great value. They often have sales which is great and the range of tights is amazing. Thank you.”
