“I'm a new customer and my 1st impression is disappointment because I still don't have my product. Placed order on 11/18/25 paid $30.00 for DHL 2-day delivery which means it should have arrived on the 20th; but tracking shows it won't arrive until the 24th. Why are you offering and charging for something you can't provide?”

“Tights are nice but ladder easily. I only just received mine and when putting them on they laddered so I’m disappointed with the quality.”

“Still awaiting the arrival of my order. Assumed it would have arrived by this time. We’re at two weeks, now… Should I be expecting the package at any moment now? The low rating currently reflects my order not being received. I’ll be glad to rate again if the order reaches my door soon.”

“don't know yet been a week haven't heard or received anything yet. You didn't even send me a trancking number. Will cancel order in I don't even receive a tracking number or tell me it's been sent. There in no communications for orders.”

“I ordered from Australia and have not received my order after almost month, there is no way to track my order and so I don’t know if it was actually ever sent.”

“Good prices in general and good sale prices however product's so far have seriously lacked quality. Three pairs used, two ripping within minute's and getting binned.”

“Nothing bad to say about the The Tight Spot, order arrived as described, good communication and fast delivery. However I am disappointed with the tights I bought (Wolford Neon 40) I had looked at reviews of the tights and decided to splash out a lot more money on them than I would typically consider for tights for better quality and look. They have laddered on my first wear and unfortunately cannot be worn again and I feel I have wasted my money and feel disappointed.”

“Highly disappointed that one day my order had been dispatched the next day the order had been cancelled due to the fact that the tights had been damaged. I had waited a long time to get these tights only to be advised that they were out of stock. It would have been nice if they could have agreed to advise me when they next would be available that would have been customer service.”

“I'm giving 2 stars because of the selection available. However, they have the worst service in tracking your order. the tracking info never works. You literally place your order and just have to wonder and wait as to when your order will show up. You'll never even have a rough idea as to when your delivery might be arriving. so, while it might be fun to shop this site, it's zero fun once you have ordered something.”
