“Customer service was average. Had better else where. Falke direct has better customer service. I may not use tighspot.com again.”

“I can’t say enough great things about “The Tight Spot”. I’d give them 10 stars if possible. I live in the U.S. and I’m married to a beautiful Filipina woman whom loves to wear high quality, unique and sexy lingerie…particularly tights, stockings and body stockings. The tight spot offers the best quality of each of these items which we purchased several times now as they all look incredible on my gorgeous wife both outdoors and at home to spice up our intimacy. I love when she wears these lingerie items, particularly the crotchless selections, which adds excitement to our long and happy marriage. The Tight Spot also once joining frequently sends me emails with amazing price discount offers that along with their high quality products can’t be beat by any company particularly here in the U.S. My only occasional difficulty is learning how to select the proper size given some items use a European size chart using kg and cm for height and weight. However I figured out the corresponding size quite easily into feet and inches for my wife’s height and pounds for her weight. I must add however that many brands available on The Tight Spot have size charts using pounds for weight and feet/inches for height. As my wife’s English is poor being a Filipina, she and I make our selections together as we love to look at the fabulous website displaying beautiful, high quality, large selections of brands as well as unique and extremely sexy choices. The models are all beautiful as well showing different positions so as to see both front and rear for each item. On only a few occasions in the past years I’ve needed to email customer service for help with how to apply promotional discounts. And I can’t say enough about their customer service representatives whom respond typically the very next day and always with clarity, kindness and specific instructions on how to resolve whatever the issue is. I’ve never experienced better customer service anywhere in my many years of using online companies. I must mention Lauren and Monica as well as my communication with both of them has been nothing short of an absolute pleasure. They are not only extremely prompt and professional but they are incredibly kind in their communications during which whatever the question or problem it is easily solved and I’m always able to process my orders which my wife and I anxiously await. There product prices include all taxes and tariffs and there delivery is free from the UK to the U.S. typically arriving in about 5-7 business days. Overall I must say “The Tight Spot” is an incredible company for outstanding and sexy lingerie that you can select from numerous high quality manufacturers. They are simply the best. Their models display their products beautifully allowing my wife to easily make her selections. We love The Tight Spot so much that I’ll soon need to purchase my wife a new lingerie dresser for her wide selection of stockings and in her case always sexy crotchless tights and bodystockings which enhance our marriage. Seeing my beautiful Filipina wife wearing such beautiful, high quality and very sexy lingerie is something I look forward to very much to put it mildly….lol. Thank you Lauren in particular for your incredible kindness and patience. You have very loyal customers in Frank & Jing.”

“The Prices appear to be very good however the website could do with some improvements. While shopping showed my country currancy the final invoice was in Pounds. When putting things in my basket from a long list of potential items there was no way I could see to go back to the list from my basket. It was also difficult to continue shopping from the wish list. These are frustrationg web issues.”

“I purchased two pair of high quality long length black stay ups for my wife because she loved her last order. She also picked out an extremely sexy Ms Naughty black Crotchless body stocking which she can wear out or wear inside for extra excitement. The quality, huge selection of styles from stockings, stay ups and body stockings is unmatched in the U.S. where we live so we are so grateful to have the Tight Spot available for my wife’s lingerie. Great sales, great quality and great selection!!!!”
