This order was placed with a standard, not tracked shipping option. Deliveries to the USA usually take approximately 2 working weeks and this order arrived within the timeframe

“I ordered 190 dollars worth of tights, but they never showed up. After a month I contacted them but they said there was nothing they could do. I just ate the cost. Never again.”

“It was a frustrating and exasperating experience shopping here as a first-time customer. Tracking and returns are a nightmare for international customers. Customer experience can also be improved. The quality of the tights are also not very good (it could be the selection I ordered) but overall not worth it and felt like I wasted money.”

“We placed on order on October 12th and expected delivery in ten business days. It is now November 19th and we have not received our order. We contacted customer service and they have provided us with no assistance. They are telling us that we need to wait 60 days before the order is considered lost and a refund issued. This level of customer service is abysmal - they never apologized for the inconvenience, or offered to do anything to make this issue right.”

“Their web site is terrible. First issue: I entered an order and received no confirmation that the order was received however they charged my credit card. Second issue: I have sent multiple emails to request a refund and have received no response from The Tight Spot. I’m at a loss as to what to do to receive my refund.”

“I have been waiting 20 working days for delivery of order. I have reached out to customer service for a week and get no reply! this is the my 2nd order the 2st was shipped and delivered no issue. Not sure what has happened but no reply from customer service after a week of trying is poor customer service!”

“I ordered size 3xl tights I was confident after looking at your 'sizing chart' they would be what I wanted. I am only a size 20 but having had abdominal surgery cannot tolerate anything tight around my waist. I was therefore very disappointed that when I opened the packet it was clear without even trying them on that the tights were far too small. The width at the waist measured 22ins unstretched and 34ins stretched as far as I could stretch( which would be very tight if I was wearing them. Your sizing chart states 3xl should be 56ins - 64ins. Having found that the 3xl is so small ..I now find just by opening up the packet to merely look at the sizing ( not even trying them on) means I forfeit the right to return them. I am very upset by this .. as the sizing of these tights is not as described by your sizing chart. How are customers supposed to check the goods without opening up the packet? I will therefore not be re ordering a bigger size.. unwilling to trust your sizing guide's figures along with your unacceptable returns conditions.”

“I ordered 3 pair of wool mix tights thinking they would be warm. They are not warm for winter although they say to be. Also they are see through which it doesn’t mention. I ordered 3 different colors which all very much look like black. I would think they are all black only under close close investigation do you see there is a small hint of color. Not what was pictured…”
