“This was my second order. You just informed me that the order was shipped (Thank you) and I’m now waiting for it to arrive. Your website is well done… even beautiful. On my first order I purchased only one $14 item for my wife (and paid the shipping) which came quickly. But the “one size” was too small. That was my fault. I thought that meant “one size fits all”. Once I discovered your size charts I found them to be excellent but I didn’t see it initially. I would suggest you don’t have a category called one size but rather call it “smaller sizes” for us men who don’t usually order women’s clothing. My biggest issue was that your return/exchange policy is not easy to understand. I wondered if your policy might be purposefully difficult so people give up. That’s what I did. I chose to surrender the $20 I paid for the first order. I submitted another order for almost $200 because the items were beautifully represented in your websites. I am trusting I will not be disappointed in the items beauty and fit. I will submit another review after my wife sees and tries on her items. I will honestly share my opinion of whether they match or even exceed the website descriptions. If I were to guide you… I would suggest you learn from Amazon’s return policies and how easy they make it. If any of my second purchases are disappointing and I need to pursue a return I know I’ll have to work to understand how to do it including whether or how much I will be penalized to make that happen. In my giving up on trying to exchange the first item… I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out your policy and still I don’t understand it. Among others this is unclear? > Am I responsible for the postage? > Do I lose some of the money I paid because I needed to return it? > Is there an easy way to make an EXCHANGE to get the same item in a larger size? > Is there a simpler method to return items or will I just have to give up again (and never order from your website again.) I am hoping for a positive experience when I receive and inspect the items.”

“Excellent range of tights & everything I requested - and it was all marked in stock on the website, but this in today's market is no guarantee - turned up which is great for summer. Prices are competitive & discounts are pretty good too. My goods arrived within 24 hrs which is absolutely excellent.”
