“Well, let's go back in time to last year, when an order completely vanished. Canada customs had it but I never got it. Your company was great in trying to find it -- because I really wanted the ordered items rather than a refund -- and eventually acknowledging they were MIA and a refund was issued. I got an email for a sale and figured let's try it again and see. So we'll see -- but the ordering process is one of the easiest I've done, the choices on your site are super, the prices are reasonable and I guess I'll have to wait and see if Canada customs delivers.”
