“Training was very good, the trainer made the course interesting, relaxed and relevant. I felt reassured by the end of the practical day that I would know what to do in an emergency and within my pre-school role. The e-learning section was a bit too long.”

“I enjoyed the course. The trainer was very good, she made me have confidence in myself and be willing to perform a first aid help in case it is needed. The downside is, the course is too long, we spent 6 hrs with the trainer, and we had to spend another 6 hours online to complete it.”
