“good content but i would say the videos need to be updated or changed to be more recent. could be better as in person training as people can be hesitant to talk on Zoom, but it covered all the necessary information we needed to learn.”

“The online training was very informative, clear and straightforward. The only complaint I have is that some pages (mostly videos) didn’t sync up correctly with the timer at the bottom of the page. This made moving forward with the training difficult and required me to regularly exit and reenter the training. During the practical training Lou was amazing, engaging and kept the learning fun! Thank you!”

“It is good training, but the allocated 3 hours to complete it is not enough. It should be minimum 4 hours, I took 5 hours!”

“It’s fairly straightforward and easy to follow. It can be slow in places mainly after some videos. I found I had to wait a further 5/10 minutes before I could move on, even though the video had completed.”
