“I thought the overall course was very well planned and explained. I struggled sometime to understand one of the trainer as his accent was quiete strong. I also found it difficult to concentrate when trying to complete the multiple questions as there was too much noice and talking.”

“Good location, easy to get to via train. Both trainers were good. One trainer was training and the other one was stepping in with extra points/ knowledge/ experience. He was excellent. Enjoyed the course apart from one thing really let it down. Only water was provided. I think for the price of the course tea/ coffee should of been provided too. Especially being held at a hotel. Towards the end of the day you start to feel tired and a nice cup of tea/ coffee during last break would of been a nice pick me up. Please consider this on future courses held at this venue. I know it was available to buy down stairs from the hotel but during a 15 minute break I went to the toilet, went straight downstairs to get a coffee, there was a big queue so did not have the time to get one. Apart from this the course went well.”

“Good. Could be a bit more in depth/informative coming from someone who hasn’t done a first aid course before as we were treated like we already had pre existing knowledge when I did not.”
