“Excellent training compared to the one I did with them 3 years ago. E learning was more engaging, hard hitting and comprehensive. Physical training was more involved and practical. Only issue was with communication beforehand, see surgery feedback.”

“Was shocked to find out had to pay £10 parking when arrived, no refreshments apart from bottles of warm water, & the air conditioning wasn’t working Trainer asked & was told maintenance would come & look at it which never happened. Which made it very uncomfortable whilst doing the physical activities in the heat. The Trainer was very good considering the tools he had to work with”
