“The training was split into two 6 hour sections. One practical 6 hour session that was done with two trainers, and a 6 hour online section. The practical day session was very helpful and in depth. We did CPR, recovery position, Defibrillators, choking, primary and secondary survey and a few more things. All of these were done with demos and practical exercises. Clear and engaging. Definitely beneficial. The online course on the other hand can benefit more by having more detailed information, links to video demonstrations and more pictures and diagrams to situate scenarios. I felt like I could learn more, or missed potentially specific knowledge and information. It was still very informative and detailed, but as a way to improve, have more videos and pictures and more detailed information. Overall, very pleased with the course.”
