“The practical trainer was lovely and very engaging. The online training felt like a lot to absorb and remember and wasn't as engaging as the one to one training. I didn't like the fact that you HAVE to leave a review before you can recieve your certificate, I don't think this is necessary.”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt you had to leave feedback, we would never want anyone to feel they had to do this to receive their certificate. We are just in the process of updating our e-learning so will make sure the wording is changed.

“It was clear about the priorities in emergency. it was good to practice with simulations, and think injuries and complications can happen in emergency. It helps to increase the confidence of the first aider and hopefully act more promptly in that situation, making the difference.”
