“There was a lot of construction going on during the training which made it hard to concentrate and no tea or coffee or water available. The trainers were amazing and kept us all happy and awake throughout the course with their fun and joking nature!”

“I found the one line course very stressful as I am dyslexic and it was very time consuming. Very pleased to have passed the on line course first time. I personally would prefer another day of training that didnt include IT. Thank you for giving me this opportunity for feed back.”

“I encountered repeated problems with the website while completing the e learning modules. I had to repeat at least 3 of the modules and the final assessment although I had already successfully completed them. The website kept glitching and I had to keep logging back in to start again. This meant it took me much longer to complete the course. This was very frustrating.”

“I like this style of first aid training. 1 day practical one day e learning. however its annoying when the course is specifically aimed at people in settings and not advertised as that. Im a nanny so the constant referal to.... in the setting, get somefrom from the setting, your setting wont close. is just annoying.”

“The training was good but to LONG. I got lost of information however i think it can all be do in one day. I got 80% RIGHT BUT IT DIDN'T SHOW ME WHAT I GOT WRONG.”

“Was very impressed with the Tigarlily course normally do red cross or st johns ambulance first aid at work. Although the online work kept locked up on the video's not sure if was my computer problem but will do again when runs out in 3 years time.”

“Good trainer, but I felt more time should have been spent assessing us on CPR. I remember on a previous course doing lots of drills on this so that it became almost second nature. I expected everyone to be wearing masks inside but no-one did (so I didn't, then felt a fool when I left). Everything was sanitised but I wanted more distance between myself and people I'd never met. The e-learning was good, thorough, although i suggest the next time they shoot the videos of staff, they make sure their shirts are ironed first!!”

“The practical training received was excellent, and especially as COVID measures needed to be taken. The online learning was good too, however would like to have seen captions on the vidoes to make it completely inclusive.”
