An incredible experience from start to finish. I was a little nervous as this was the first time engaging with THM to have a damaged watch repaired. Charlotte was so professional, understanding, prompt with questions/responses and guided me all the way through the process. I cannot fault the service, it felt personal and human all the way through and my watch is like new thanks to the service at the manufacturer where I bought it from. First class brand and business who treat their customers brilliantly. Highly recommended.
