“My daughter attended a food festival in Farnham, purchased cook sauces and loved them. I have purchased same for her for Christmas, hence I am unable to comment further.”

“Lovely produce and good delivery albeit a tad later than normal. Items arrived well packaged and in good condition. They taste lovely too. If only I could afford more regular deliveries of tomatoes :) Thank you.”

“I love the produce very much. Everything is of very high quality. I would give a give star review apart from one thing. I have a subscription which is great however dome times depending on the season it varies so I do tend to amend it every now and again. A couple of months ago I had covid so wasn't up much and forgot to check my order resulting in me getting twice as much as I actually wanted and therefore costing twice as much. All my other subscriptions send out a reminder a couple of days before payment is taken to reminder people what is in their current order and to check that their subscription is correct for this month. It would be really good if you could do something similar. Thanks”

“Pleased overall, the family tomato box tomatoes are tasty, but some of the tomatoes in the heritage speciality box were bland and had no taste, particularly the yellow ones. Inevitably on opening a small handful of tomatoes from each box had to be thrown away as they had gone off.”

“Great product. However the minimum spend for free delivery is quite high in my opinion. Especially when, apart from tomatoes, a lot of the other items are out of stock. My advice would be to either reduce the minimum threshold or start stocking more items. You can expect for regular folk to spend £35 week in and week out just on tomatoes.”

“Apart from the late delivery due to dpd drive. The tomatoes as always are excellent. Full flavoured and last a while brilliant customer service experience. Site easy to navigate highly recommend. DPD let's it down abit with the driver in my area not delivering on the day.”

“Although very happy with all my products as usual, the beefsteak tomatoes went mouldy very quickly. They were delivered on Friday and I wants to use them on Monday but two were very squishy and unusable.”

“My delivery was 24 hours later than confirmed by DPD, but your office was excellent at chasing them up. Large box of mixed was quite soft, probably having been kept in a hot van for a long time. The Kumato box and aubergines were excellent.”

“Most of the products I ordered were good, but the main reason for the order was the fresh tomatoes and they were not at their best. The medium sized tomatoes were over-ripe and had got quite bashed in transit. We had to use them straight away in cooking because they were no good for sandwiches.”

“The quality of your produce is excellent, but we have had a problem with a delivery where a bottle of pasatta was broken, some tomatoes damaged and the contents of the parcel covered in tomato paste. We phoned to report it (and left a note - twice - with the delivery company). A lady in you customer services department promised us a refund/credit and a discount on our next purchase. We have heard nothing since...”
