“Generally excellent, but this time a jar of smoked tomatoes in oil leaked a bit, resulting in much of the "stuffing" n the packaging not being fit for recycling. For understandable reasons given present conditions the courier was a day later than originally said, but only notified us of this rather late in the day”

“I've had a few orders now. All of the sauces and condiments are lovely... the Vegan kimchi is the best ever! Ive had tomatoes, patrons, garlic and aubergines all so fresh had! I had an issue with my last box but they went out of the way to rectify and even called me personally. I appreciated that as customer service is important to me. I will keep ordering and know I will get quality produce 😊”

“I enjoy buying from the tomato stall ,although I have to say if the tomatoes on delivery are often squashed and soft. The curry sauce is excellent as is the balsamic vinegar just gorgeous. Delivery was on the requested day which is perfect”

“Very caring and helpful staff. When DPD messed up my delivery Anna was very supportive. The box arrived dented but because it was packed so well no damage to the contents.”

“Lovely fresh selection well packaged but all in same state of being rather over ripe which meant I had to cook some rather than waste them. Was unclear about delivery day at time of ordering.”

“It's great to have the opportunity to have home delivery of organic tomatoes! However, as some of the varieties are truly delicious, whereas others are just pretty, it would be nice to have the option to pick and mix different sorts according to taste, instead of in a set box.”

“Today received 3rd delivery of luscious tomatoes.....despite today's heat they arrived in perfect condition. Delightful in salads, sandwiches, on their own or used for cooking. Excellent products Favourite tomato is the "Kumato" but have also had other tomato varieties and Padron peppers, aubergines”

“Gorgeous products. Great to have varieties that are scarce in the shops. However, the Tiger tomatoes are a bit soft when they arrive. It would also be great if you could choose a mixed, all red or all green Tiger tomato box!!”

“The piccolo tomatoes are brilliant. Sweet, firm, full of flavour. However I have tried the beefsteak and plum varieties, both of which were bland and a bit watery and the cocktail vine which are disappointingly soft and not particularly tasty. I used to order two punnets of piccolos a week and that was perfect but with the new minimum order value, I have to either order four every two weeks, and then they start to go off, or supplement with other varieties, which I've tried but haven't found a good one.”

Hi Charlie, thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your order. We'd recommend out pick and mix box as a supplement as these are full of cherry and plum tomatoes that very sweet and full of flavour!

“I have bought a few times and alway fresh good produce, even when there was a small problem it was handled well. The only complaint is that it takes too long from placing the order to be delivered and does not give a date when you order.”

“Hello. I am your regular customer. On last occasion I ordered ultimate produce box : tomatoes , peppers ( all 3 kinds), asparagus and eggplants. All great quality and superb flavour. I was disappointed that 10% (300g) of my tomatoes are unripe…completely green! When I see influencers on instagram taking photos of their tomato boxes I can’t see they got unripe ones. Please do not send unripe tomatoes, unless somebody wants them.”

Hi Andrea, I'm pleased to inform you that these tomatoes are not unripe! They are our green mini plum tomatoes and are perfectly fine to eat :)
