“The selection was excellent and the flavour of the tomatoes was excellent. I’ve given four stars because one tomato on each of the vines was squished and moldy. Since despatch and delivery was rapid I think they must have been packed this way. However, this did not negate my pleasure in the overall quality.”

“Excellent products & good delivery service most of the time. Have had one occasion where the deliverer had ignored “Keep this way up” resulting in some bruised & damaged tomatoes. Reported to Tomato Stall who positively responded. Just suggest that the couriers do need to know how important it is to read the labels on the boxes. Despite this one bad experience I continue & will continue to purchase the products”

“We love your tomatoes and extras and have been regularly placing orders for ourselves, neighbours and family for some time. The only frustration I have is not knowing when my orders will be delivered! Your software system can’t seem to cope with that element!”

“These tomatoes actually have flavour! They are delicious. It's great to receive a box of Isle of Wight sunshine in the post. I especially liked the passata. It's not as strong or acidic as supermarket brands so perfect for cooking.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us – our team love to hear what our customers think about us. Our tomatoes are naturally soft as they are slow grown for maximum flavour but varieties like our mini plum are usually much firmer.

“My first purchase and I will buy again. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the large tomatoes in my 1.2kg box didn’t have all the flavour I was hoping for but I accept that may change with the seasons. The Piccolo tomatoes were delicious. I haven’t yet tried the sauces etc but they look interesting.”

“I have been buying tomatoes from the Stall for quite sometime, but recently we have had a few too many very soft and some mouldy fruits in our deliveries. I also ordered garlic on my last order and sadly one had quite a lot of rotten cloves.”

“Unfortunately my Christmas delivery didn’t arrive. I’m not sure what happened. I was advised it was delayed with the courier. I cancelled the order. Previous orders have generally arrived when expected although sometimes the contents have been damaged. This could be down to handling by the courier as this is a delicate product.”

“The tomatoes are first rate, and so are the other products I have bought. My niggle is that I was just told that I could not have the regular order I had had all year would not be coming, and I had to do a lot of digging to discover suddenly it was under their minimum amount. I think someone could have got in touch. But I am now ordering a little more just to keep those lovely tomatoes coming!”

“I ordered five bottles of smoky tomato balsamic vinegar as gifts (these are so yummy). One bottle had a slight leak around the seal, but only a couple of drops had escaped into the box, so not a big issue. However, I was disappointed to find a day after I received them they are cheaper in a local shop. How can this be??”
