“Arrived Thursday but a lot of the yellow tomatoes were quite soft the next day and I was racing to use them up in different dishes! Previous deliveries, we have enjoyed your tomatoes quite firm for up to a week+. Lots of taste and lovely tomato products from you though.”

“Great product and arrived when they said it would. Fantastic taste and great variety. I only have one criticism, the product was a bit too ripe for a normal size family. We had to use it almost straight away where, if some of it was less ripe, we could have made it last longer. We now have six months of frozen pizza sauce 😋”

“The tomatoes are stunningly delicious. The flavour is as good if not better than home grown. They arrive ripe and ready to eat. Hence the brilliant. This can cause problems if delivery isn’t immediate or gentle. Good packing but perhaps DPD could be more careful. I liked the tomato pesto too.”

“Great products, lovely sauces and pestos. Beautiful fresh tomatoes, sweet peppers and aubergines and I love the Ultimate box, or I used to until they started putting in Padron peppers! I hate padrons and despite asking NOT to have them delivered to me, I ended up with them this week and they weren't even of good quality. I will have to stop ordering the Ulitmate box, I cannot risk any more of these vile peppers.”

Hi Nicola, Sorry to hear you do not like Padron peppers. Are you familiar with how to cook them? They are a delicacy in Spain and very popular- but understand if you do not like them. The Ultimate Produce Box will contain 200g Arreton Gold Peppers or 200g Padron Peppers depending on what has been picked that week. “Lovely flavourful tomatoes delivered and packed with care. The smoked tomato pesto was also delicious and would recommend. Perhaps would have been better to send tomatoes that were slightly under ripe. I had to use them quickly because some were very ripe. Not really a criticism...just a suggestion.”

“Tomatoes varied and absolutely delicious. My only slight gripe would be that they were all very ripe and had to eat tomatoes with everything so they wouldn’t go off. Will definitely be ordering again and soon😊”

“I do love your tomatoes. But please please don’t send them all ripe and ready to eat. Leave some to ripen over the days. I live on my own and can’t eat them all before they go bad!”

“The tomatoes are excellent. Really delicious. However, there were delivery problems at the height of the summer temperatures. This meant that not only did I miss having my tomatoes, when they eventually arrived about a third of them were past their best and only good for cooking. Previous experience with a fantastic cheesemonger has lead me to understand that DPD are not reliable carriers for petishable food. Love the tomatoes but I will probably buy them from M &S in the future as the direct delivery cannot be trusted.”

“The tomatoes are lovely and full of flavour. The only reason for the lower rating was the delivery. A few of the tomatoes had split in the packaging due to being crushed/dropped.”

“I am a huge fan of The Tomato Stall; the tomatoes are the best one can get in the UK. The delivery service is excellent, produce always fresh and in great condition, wrapped with utmost care. Having said that, the offer in the eShop has become a bit limited recently. Hopefully, this is just temporary.”
