“I like Social Kat, and had great communication, but I wish we could download the content straight to my device so we can post it as a reel or testimonial. Other than that, I have found most the collaborators to be great, and eager to create content and collab for our 4 month old startup. We're trying to create brand awareness so it has been an easy process to do so.”

Social Cat makes the process very easy and connects you with people who actually have an interest in your brand. “I received a lot of collaborators, so many that I did have to cancel the subscription because I couldn’t take on anymore collaborators at this time. Some of the collaborators did not post their content per our agreement but all others did. I also offered all collaborators a coupon code to receive a commission on any items purchased using their code. Unfortunately as of now, I have not gotten any sales from these collaborations. As a new brand, I know it takes time so I am giving them six months before I stop sending free items. In all, I think this a good way to connect with collaborators as it’s hard for a new brand to spend tons of money on advertising and costly content. It also cuts the time Id spend searching for collaborators and sending tons of unanswered DMs and emails. I would recommend that Social Cat adds an option to pay for a certain number of collaborators and if they want more, they can purchase another round. The monthly fee is not feasible once you have as many as you can take on, personally I cannot continue to pay $49 a month when I’m not using the service. Other than that, its helpful and I’d recommend for new brands/stores.”

“For any small brand or start-up who either dont have the resources or the experience in working with influencers - I would definitely recommend Social Cat. Their database has grown in the 2 months that I have been with them and currently only using Social Cat for micro-influencers. You may not see much traction in the first 7 days, but I would say stick with it. The interface is really user-friendly and quite a good way of keeping you organised.”
