“Brilliant, 4 stars as theres always room for improvement ,,,quuck delivery ttoo,a good clean consious knowing that your not leaving micro plastics in the enviroment that's a win win,,I havn't used the scourer's yet but the small sponges are cleaning away food particles with ease which is a good thing,I don't have to scrub with my poor grip.nice neat size too.”

“A bit hit n miss, pretty happy with the dishwashing sponges. A bit less flexible than the usual supermarket sponges, but it’s ok to feel that you’re doing a bit to help minimise plastic waste. Bin liners though, not great tbh. Again trying to do right thing, but when the bag starts composting in your bin and leaves a mess, not fun. Back to plastic it is…”

“I liked the products, but unfortunately in the starter box the bin bags are 10 litres, which is no good for my needs, so it is a wasted product. I was originally going to order the 30 litre bin bags and the sponges, but saw the starter box and thought this would be a better investment. It's my fault for not reading the information correctly, but I am disappointed that I cannot use the bin bags and it is a waste - especially as I needed to then go and buy 30 litre bin bags.”

“Really easy transaction. The products (while with the sponges you have to scrub a bit harder) are good. You have to be more diligent about cleaning the sponge scourers & pop-up sponges I bought as bits (coffee grounds in my case) get a bit caught but they are infinitely preferable to plastic horribleness. When you get the pop-up sponge, it's fun to see them expand - just water!”

“Delivery was smooth and appreciate the mission. Product quality varies quite a bit. Started using the table cloth which is good. The sponges however showed some different in terms of the thickness and the brown layer could be worn relatively quickly (within two weeks).”

Thank you for trying our products, and glad that you like the cloth. The sponges are made from all-natural materials, which can be harder to work with, but we do try to standardise the product.

“Dragons' Deal Cleaning Kit (Medium) is great, but my only issue I had was that the box it came in was not secured down, and could have been opened by anyone through its transit in getting to me. Fortunately, all the contents were correct and present, so perhaps having some kind of company sticker or something similar would be good to use to insure that the box cannot be compromised. Other than this rather minor issue, I am loving using all the products!!!”

“Well made product and supplied quickly. I find them very hard to use as they aren't flexible. My daughter is also concerned about the sustainability of using loofah. So I won't be buying them again”

Thank you for trying us. The sponge scourers need to be dried out before they can be packaged and dispatched to customers. Rinse under water and give them a little massage before use to soften up. The sponges will become softer upon continued use with washing-up liquid. They will also soften up with usage, so the longer you use it, the softer and more malleable it gets. You can speed this up by popping it into the washing machine or dishwasher a few times. The wood and paper products in our range are always FSC/PEFC-certified, so are harvested from forests that are responsibly managed (and not illegally logged). In this case, the cellulose part of our sponge, which is made from wood pulp, comes from FSC/PEFC certified sources, and the loofahs that we use for our product is sustainable farmed.

“Great product, long lasting and more absorbent than most dish clothes. BUT, they could have fitted in an envelope. They were delivered in a cardboard box too big for the letterbox. Hope this doesn't happen all the time!”

“I ordered a pack of 4 sponge scourers to try. The scourers seems to work well and after a week of use isn't showing signs of wear. But it was disappointing to get a pack of 4, which woudl have gone through the letterbox very easily, delivered in a box big enough for 16 which therefore had to be left in an outhouse. Extra work for the postie, Extra cardboard and packing paper for the recycling bag - not very eco-friendly!”
