“Love Seep products and their ethos. Good quality and lasting longer than the cheap man made plastics although one end of the washing up scourer did lift quite quickly.”

Thank you, we are delighted that you love our ethos and products. We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often, they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with. “It’s a good product so am pleased with it , a bit different from what I usually use as a bit more harder in texture but this it better for the environment so shall stick with it well done 👍”

“Interesting concept. We are still on the first one out of the box. If not quite as flexible as the traditional rather short lived nylon scourers, these do seem to be more robust and work very well. So far, so good.......The bin bags are also fine. Will purchase again.”

Thank you, Marc. They will become more malleable the more you use them, but to speed this up, just pop them in the dishwasher or washing machine once or twice :-)

“Only been usuing my new Seep sponge cleaner for a week and its seems very good. Onle 4 starts out of 5 due to awaiting to see how long it lasts compared to my old types. So far I am impressed and applaude its intentions.”

“Very good experience quick delivery and still testing some of the items. Won’t be purchasing the bin liners again. Maybe filled them too much but tore very easily. Everything g else working well. Keep up the good work :)”

Thank you. Our compostable liners are made from Mater-Bi, which is one of the strongest biopolymers on the market, developed over many years of scientific research. Plant-based, compostable plastics do require more care than oil-based plastic; the liners should not be overfilled and should be emptied more regularly when coming into contact with food/organic waste. As food/organic waste starts to rot and break down, it causes the liners to start decomposing (proof that they are doing their job!). But glad that you are loving our other products.

“I bought the starter pack to try out the various products. The looser scrubbers are excellent, much better than the green equivalents and the copper scrubbers work well in my oven. I like the rubber gloves too, great for use when cleaning out the bird feeders. Only thing I'm not sure about are the bin bags, I think too flimsy for use in my kitchen bin. Wighthey were stronger.”

“Ordering and delivery all worked well. We have been using the sponge and cloth for about 3 weeks now. We think the cloth is excellent and the sponge is good too. However, it will be useful if you could improve the flexibility of the sponge so that it's easier to clean inside the bottom rim of mugs and cups. The layers of our first sponge are just starting to separate after 3 weeks. We shall continue to use them.”

“Prompt delivery. Love the cloths especially the ones with William Morris design. Strong and just the right size, will definitely buy again. But sorry to say the scourer was really poor…fell apart after only using a couple of times! I’m now on my third and the same is happening…”

“Cleaning kit was the best price to sample before commiting to regular orders. Find the green bamboo cloth a bit on the large size & takes ages to dry out. Love the copper scourer, but not sure about the sponge scrubber, the loofah side softens in water but not very effective & doesn't feel thick enough in the hand. Not yet used the gloves yet. Got to admit, as I get used to the change they are growing on me.”
