“Please do not waste your time with the organisation. I ordered a rug that was 'in stock' and had the confirmation email from a gentleman called Harsh stating that it would be 2-5 working days, which is great. I was also advised that I would get a tracking number and email stating when the rug was dispatched, these never came. I waited over the allotted time before contacting them. The response time via email is appalling and then when they do reply it is a case of give us another 48 hours and we will contact you. There is never a response and it is a case of chasing yourself. They are happy to take your money and not send your item. Someone then called from the organisation today to claim it was lost in transit by Parcel Force, something which I do not believe as Parcel Force are one of the companies that always send out a tracking number. It is clear that the rug was never sent in the first place, again happy to have your money and not send the item. Also items are not in stock as they 'come from our supplier' so please do avoid this place at all costs.”

“Easy to use website and colours on pictures good but were actually nicer in reel life. The rug I purchased was a replacement as we had a flood and damage was done. I decided to have same rug just a different colour and came back to same company as before as easy to use and prices very good. My delivery was for Friday but didn't come until M onday (these things happen) but was worth the wait. I am really pleased as rug beautiful and brightens up my hallway.”

“Very pleased with the first large rug I ordered so went on to order a second smaller one for the hall and some rug gripper pads too which work really well on both ceramic tile and wood laminate. “Ordered online during Black Friday sale, great sale price for the rug I wanted, order was easy to do on website and the correct discount was taken off. Had an email a few days later confirming dispatch and info for the delivery company so I could track it with them. Rug arrived bang on time, opened it up and really happy with my purchase, excellent quality, great design and looks 10/10 in my living room. Highly recommend The Rug Shop, will definitely head back to them for any future purchases. 10/10”
