“Love the rug. It’s wool, handmade so is naturally shredding and currently giving off a slight odour but this seems normal. Rather it didn’t but it’s what happens. The rug shop was great. Have best price and well wrapped. Soon delivered. Would use again”

“Service was good , but rug all looked okay but the rug was out of square. When we placed it on the floor it showed up with the floor boards ,after checking the diagonals of the rug it was 25mm out of square, so we placed it in another place where it didn't show shame because it looks nice.”

“Rug very nice, and the colours are lovely. As per previous reviews the colours change depending on the light. However, 2 of the corners the stitching is coming away and that’s as soon as I opened it. Too heavy for me to sort a return so I left it. Shame though as perfect otherwise.”

“Good company to deal with, regular updates on delivery explaining why there will be a delay and when delivery will be made. Helpful friendly customer service, who ring back when they say they will. deliverd by transport company to our door.”
