“Very pleased with the first large rug I ordered so went on to order a second smaller one for the hall and some rug gripper pads too which work really well on both ceramic tile and wood laminate. “Ordered online during Black Friday sale, great sale price for the rug I wanted, order was easy to do on website and the correct discount was taken off. Had an email a few days later confirming dispatch and info for the delivery company so I could track it with them. Rug arrived bang on time, opened it up and really happy with my purchase, excellent quality, great design and looks 10/10 in my living room. Highly recommend The Rug Shop, will definitely head back to them for any future purchases. 10/10”

“Rug advertised as 1 to 3 days delivery. Email then said 2 to 5 days. Website then modified after I queried. Money was taken immediately before dispatch. Email received to say the item was dispatched however DX tracking said they had the details but the item was not yet with them. DX tracking said arriving on the 5th day. Did not arrive and no communication or update to say delayed. Waste of a day. Still waiting...”

“This company refused to honour their pledge to price match with the following excuse. They wanted me to pay an extra £110!! I will be reporting them. See their reply below: Hi Thank you for your email. Regarding the BrandAlley listing, we have concerns about the authenticity or condition of items sold at that price point, as a brand-new item from this collection is typically not offered so low. “Love the rug. It’s wool, handmade so is naturally shredding and currently giving off a slight odour but this seems normal. Rather it didn’t but it’s what happens. The rug shop was great. Have best price and well wrapped. Soon delivered. Would use again”
