“The weekend was great, delivered on the thursday and picked up monday to ensure I had it for the full weekend. It was so quick to get set up and I was so shocked at how big the hot tub actually was!! I half expected an inflatable type spa however it was far superior to anything I'd imagined. The people I had over for the weekend loved it too and we would certainly consider hiring one again!”

“Me and my husband went to have a look at the hot tubs we wanted a 7 seater loved it, we went back the following day and purchased it and Mark very kindly installed it the day after we absolutely love it and the lads who put it in very polite and professional it must be one of the quickest installs that they have done bless them. “After spending an age looking at different tubs we decided to go to the hot tub warehouse. Excellent showroom with a vast number of tubs to view. ended up buying a one larger than we thought we wanted but pleased we did. Service has been excellent from install to popping in to buy chemicals. have recommended to our friends who are thinking of buying tub.”

“The Hot-tub has so far been working fine. When the tub was due to be delivered we felt very pressured as we were in the process of having decking built which was nowhere near ready. The tub was still delivered. The people building the decking were recommended by the HTW but we were not happy with the quality of the build or the time it took to build it. We had been promised that the whole thing would be project managed but once the tub was on site and the money paid we were at the mercy of the builder and worried whether the tub was safe.”

Thank you for your email anonymous, as a company we do not provide a groundwork or decking service and would also never agree to project manage, when tubs are sunk into decking they have to be in place once the foundations are prepared and the decking is then completed afterwards, would this of been the case in your installation? If you are having issues with your groundwork's i suggest you contact the contractor you employed. Kind regards Amy Sales & Operations Manager

“I purchased a Swim Spa in March which I'm very happy with. The service from meeting Mark the owner to installation was second to non. Not only did they supply the spa but helped with foundations and the cabin I have it in. So 100% for all the staff on customer service. We use the spa for exercise and relaxation in fact my husband and I can already see the benefits. My 11 year old loves to play with all her friends every opportunity she gets and the beauty is you can change the temperature to suit the use. We initially though the maintenance would be difficult but in fact once you get used to it its only adding the chlorine after use and I use one other product weekly to keep the water crystal clear.”

“First class service, no hard sell just relaxed consultation and recommendation to suit our needs, delivery and install went smoothly despite us needing to put it back,we had a couple of issues afterwards but mark and his team dealt with them promptly and without any fuss.
